NEØNbandit's Art Commissions

Payment of the art is to be done upfront via Paypal after the price has been discussed and agreed on.

I usually only ask for payment once I get to the person's spot on the waiting list, but if you'd like to pay ahead of time, that is also allowed!

Payment is to be done in Euro (€) currency

I will not accept payment in cryptocurrency.

The order will not be started until it's paid for.

If requested, I can accept half of the payment first, being sent the first half at the beginning, and the other half upon the order's completion.

Refunds are not allowed for finished pictures.

In the case of the order being unfinished when the refund is requested, it will be discounted accordingly.

In case of the artwork not having been started yet, a full refund will be provided.

With certain exceptions, such as the deadlines, I do all my commissions by order of arrival. If someone is before you, chances are that I won't start on yours until I'm done with theirs! Please be patient and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Please provide clear reference pictures of the characters and/or environments you wish for me to draw.

Digital flat coloured references are preferred as to have the colours be as accurate as possible. Be wary of noisy file types (Ex: .jpg, .jpeg, etc) which may affect your reference's colours. This is optional for as long as the reference is clear, I will work with it.

If you have a pose in mind, feel free to send reference pictures of it. Descriptions also work!

If you have something more specific in mind, you can also draw and send a rough drawn reference of what you want! It can even be stick figures or something simplistic! :) Don't worry about the sketch being bad or anything like that, I promise they help immensely. An example is provided below.

I will accompany you via Direct Messages in your social media of choice while I work on your commission and will provide progress images to ask if there are any desired changes.

If you do not wish for me to send progress images and just want to see the final commission when it's finished, be sure to warn me! Do keep in mind that larger changes and revisions are significantly more difficult to do on a fully finished image.

Revisions and edits are to be requested as soon as possible. Small edits will not be charged, but large changes, multiple revisions, and anything that involves a lot of redrawing will be charged accordingly. Larger revisions made after the picture's completion will be charged extra.

You will first be sent the rough sketch, this is the ideal time to ask for changes in poses, expressions, composition, etc. I will only move forward to the linework once you have approved the sketch.

After the rough sketch is approved, I will work on the lineart and colouring and will send a version of the lineart with the flat colours to make sure that everything is in place. Colours tend to be colour picked from the reference images, so if there have been any changes, be sure to let me know!

I will then get to the shading and other final touches and will send the finalized commission when it's done.

For those paying half first and half at the end, the images will include a watermark to protect my work until full payment is provided. (Unless you've commissioned me before and I know I can trust you :D)

You are allowed to use your commissioned piece for personal use, such as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, printing it for yourself or anything like that.

You're allowed to post your commission on websites such as Toyhou.se, Refsheet, etc. Credit is generally appreciated.

Do NOT repost the commission on websites like DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Instagram, Newgrounds, etc. I have accounts on those websites, if you want your commission posted there, all you have to do is ask! :)

You are NOT allowed to sell the commission piece (Like in merch, prints, etc.) or claim it as your own.

If the artwork IS intended for commercial use, it should be discussed beforehand in order for the prices to be adjusted accordingly.

You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell the commissioned work for NFTs nor are you allowed to put my art in any kind of blockchain-type of technology and it's future variants. In fact, if you support NFTs at all, you really shouldn't be commissioning me to begin with.

I do not usually sign my commissions as to not clutter the art. However, if your commission features canon characters from pre-existing IPs, and therefore qualifies as "Fan Art", I will sign it due to the larger potential of that art getting stolen or reposted. I can privately send the version without the signature if requested.

I own the right to use the commissioned work for any portfolio or commission example purposes.

Commissions that qualify as "Fan Art" and do not feature any Original Characters, may be posted to my RedBubble store to be sold as prints or stickers. Permission will be asked from the commissioner to post them there.

If the commission is NSFW, I'd prefer for it not to get posted publicly. I'm a bit anxious when it comes to my NSFW art being posted outside of my NSFW space, so I would rather it be kept to private use.

While I'm okay with drawing almost anything, I hold the right to reject your request if it makes me uncomfortable in any way. (See my "I will NOT draw" list)

You need to be above the age of 18 in order to commission a NSFW piece.

I can send the commission's layer file if requested. I work with Paint Tool SAI 2 so the file type will be .sai2, but I can convert it to .psd if needed (Some colours may be slightly different due to me primarily using layer modes for shading). This is intended for personal use ONLY.

I have my own personal life, with chores, family and personal projects, so if you have a specific deadline for when you'd like for your commissions to be finished (Someone's birthday, specific holidays, etc), be sure to mention it.

A small fee will be applied for tighter deadlines if it's a larger piece and/or if there are more people in the queue before you.

Tight deadlines brought up after payment cannot be guaranteed.
